Reading the record
What each section of the output is for.
The incident review has four parts, each answering a different question about the scenario you described.
The reportability call
Whether the event meets an Art. 26(5) / 73 trigger, stated plainly, with the trigger named. If the answer is "not reportable", the record still exists with the reasons.
The notify path
Who gets told and in what order, with the duty cited on each step — provider first, authority second.
Timing
Which deadlines the rules encode and when the clock started, so the record shows the timeline was understood rather than discovered late.
The report skeleton
A draft you complete with the incident facts. It does not file anything; it makes the filing decision faster and the file itself defensible.
Decision-support drafting only — not legal advice. Confirm the duty set against the current consolidated text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
